Product Operations as a Service (POaaS)
Stepping into your organization as a strategic partner, setting up the systems, workflows, and structures that product teams and organizations need in order to deliver better, faster, and smarter.
Today's product organizations often move fast, but without operational support, they move chaotically. Misaligned teams, slow releases, poor data visibility, inefficient processes — all of these bleed time, resources, and morale.
When product teams are stuck in operational bottlenecks, they can’t focus on what matters: building great products.
We provide a flexible, high-impact way to inject expert product operations into your organization, without the cost, time, or risk of hiring full-time.
We take the operational chaos off your plate — so your product team can focus on delivering value.

That’s me
I'm Nimrod Katz, the founder of In-Able. I've spent the last several years embedded in fast-moving tech companies, helping product teams move from chaos to clarity. Throughout my career in fintech, Healthcare & fitness, and AI startups, I realized that even the most talented product teams struggle without strong operational foundations. That’s why I’m passionate about stepping in, untangling the mess, and building an operational backbone that teams can rely on.
Before founding In-Able, I worked as a product manager at companies like Ageras Group, FunXtion, and Intuition Robotics. I felt the pains and friction that every product function encounters, and addressed it from an operational standpoint:
I built structured product development processes, scaled operations across multiple countries, improved data accessibility, streamlined release workflows, and worked closely with cross-functional teams to drive real results. With a background in both product and QA, I was deeply involved in all stages of the product development cycle and acquired the ability to spot inefficiencies early and create smoother paths from idea to execution.
Outside of work, I’m a bit of a gear nerd — I have an unhealthy love for backpacks (there’s always a new one I “need”) and when I’m not optimizing product workflows, you can usually find me behind a drum kit.

"Without good Product Operations, you risk brilliant ideas dying in operational chaos."
